We are getting ready for the Clallam County Fair. We need volunteers in the booth for salt sales. The fair runs from August 18th to August 21st. Please contact Julie or check your email for the schedule list.
Our next board/club meeting will be Thursday August 11th 7:00pm at the Boys and Girls Club library in Sequim. We know that girls and some of the boys meet at Agnew until 7:00 but let’s cut it short this week to make it to the meeting by 7:00. Julie will also have the sign up sheet for the fair at the meeting.
One of the big items on the agenda will be about Julie’s replacement. She is really hoping that someone will step up to fill the President position; so she can continue to concentrate her efforts to get this girls team going. It’s impossible for her to continue taking on all the the club activities and the big job of marketing, recruiting and soliciting on behave of the girls team. Also the girls coach Victoria Jones will be at this meeting. Come on out and welcome her to the club.
