We are proud to announce that we will be manning an aid Station #7 for the North Olympic Discovery Marathon this coming Saturday. We want to thank all the volunteers who will be showing up to set up the station at 8:45 am and be there to support the runners and walkers during the marathon.
The great thing about our aid station location is that it is almost at the 1/2 point of the marathon and it has a spectators viewing area; which is a great spot to just come and watch the marathon. We will be posting pictures of our volunteers and station later on!
While we don’t need any more volunteers for this particular event, there are a lot more opportunities for our lacrosse supporters to help out with! Next up the Lavender Festival, if you are willing to help out, please let us know!
Thanks again for all you do to support our local lacrosse program.
